Beach Bonanza: Sustainable Seafood BBQ (2 hours)

 

This educational activity utilizes a performance task approach to teach students valuable skills while enjoying a delicious seafood BBQ on the beach.

Target Audience: This lesson is designed for middle or high school students with basic cooking experience.

Learning Objectives:

Materials:
